A simple recipe for a refreshing white peach sangria using white wine, fresh peaches, and brandy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (like Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1 cup peach schnapps or brandy
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 ripe white peaches, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda (optional, for serving)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, peach schnapps or brandy, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the sliced white peaches, orange slices, and lemon slices to the pitcher.
  3. Stir the mixture gently to combine the fruit and liquid.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the fruit flavors to infuse.
  5. When ready to serve, pour the sangria into glasses filled with ice.
  6. Top each glass with a splash of sparkling water or club soda, if desired.
  7. Garnish with extra fruit slices.

Notes

  • Use firm, ripe peaches for the best texture and flavor infusion.
  • If you prefer a sweeter drink, increase the sugar slightly.
  • You can substitute the brandy with white rum for a different flavor profile.
