- 2 oz premium vodka
- 1 oz raspberry liqueur (or triple sec with pink food coloring)
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1 small piece of pink cotton candy for garnish
- Ice
- Chill your martini glass before starting.
- Combine the vodka, raspberry liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake the mixture well until the shaker is very cold, about 15 to 20 seconds.
- Double strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
- Carefully place a small piece of pink cotton candy on the rim or float it gently on top of the drink just before serving.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use a high-quality vodka for the best flavor base.
- If you do not have raspberry liqueur, use clear triple sec and add one drop of pink food coloring to the shaker.
- To prevent the cotton candy from dissolving too fast, place it on the rim rather than directly into the liquid until the moment of presentation.
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the vodka with white grape juice or sparkling white soda.
