Make a café-style Iced Vanilla Chai Latte at home using a simple homemade chai concentrate or your favorite store-bought version. This recipe balances spice, vanilla sweetness, and cold milk.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Chai Concentrate (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Vanilla Syrup or Extract
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare your chai concentrate if making it from scratch, or measure out the store-bought concentrate.
  2. In a tall glass, combine the chai concentrate and the vanilla syrup or extract. Stir briefly to mix the flavorings.
  3. Fill the glass completely with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the milk over the ice and concentrate mixture.
  5. Stir well until the drink is thoroughly chilled and the ingredients are fully incorporated. Taste and add more vanilla syrup if you prefer more sweetness.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free option, use almond, soy, or oat milk. Oat milk provides the creamiest texture.
  • To adjust spice, use slightly less concentrate or add a splash more milk.
  • If using vanilla extract instead of syrup, add it with the concentrate before adding ice.
  • For a stronger vanilla flavor, make a simple vanilla syrup by simmering equal parts sugar and water with a vanilla bean or extract until dissolved.
