Make this simple, refreshing frozen strawberry yogurt bark using just a few ingredients. It is a quick, no-bake snack perfect for warm weather.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt, full fat or 2%
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, aiming for about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness.
  4. Arrange the sliced strawberries over the yogurt layer. Press them lightly into the surface.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  6. Once frozen, remove the bark from the sheet using the parchment paper. Break or cut it into irregular pieces before serving.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.
  • If you prefer a different flavor, substitute strawberries with blueberries or raspberries.
  • For added crunch, sprinkle 1/4 cup of granola over the strawberries before freezing.
  • If you want a vegan option, substitute the Greek yogurt with a thick, unsweetened coconut yogurt.
