Ingredients
Scale
1 cup White Grape Juice Concentrate (frozen, thawed)
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Strawberry Puree or Strawberry Syrup
1/4 cup Freeze-Dried Strawberries (optional, for garnish/flavor boost)
1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (canned or carton)
Ice cubes
Instructions
Combine the white grape juice concentrate, water, and strawberry puree or syrup in a shaker or jar.
Stir or shake well until the mixture is fully combined. This forms the base concentrate.
Fill a large glass with ice cubes.
Pour the base concentrate mixture over the ice, filling the glass about two-thirds full.
Top the drink with the coconut milk.
Gently stir the drink to achieve the pale pink color.
If using, add a few freeze-dried strawberry slices on top for garnish.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Use full-fat canned coconut milk for a creamier texture closer to the original.
If you do not have white grape juice concentrate, you can substitute with 1/2 cup white grape juice mixed with 1/4 cup water, but the flavor may be slightly less intense.
For a stronger strawberry flavor, add 1 teaspoon of strawberry extract to the base mixture.
