- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup dill pickle slices

- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through to your preference.
- During the last minute of cooking, place one slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. Cover the skillet briefly to melt the cheese.
- While the meat cooks, prepare the bowl base by dividing the shredded lettuce among four serving bowls.
- Top the lettuce in each bowl with chopped tomato, red onion, and pickle slices.
- Place one cheeseburger patty on top of the vegetables in each bowl.
- Drizzle ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise over the contents of each bowl. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a lower carb option, skip any added sugar in your condiments.
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef. Adjust cooking time as needed.
- Prepare the chopped vegetables ahead of time if you need to save a few minutes during cooking.
