Ingredients
Scale
2 large naan breads or pita breads
1 cup cooked, shredded chicken breast
1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
1/4 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter (optional, for brushing crust)
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional topping)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or green onion for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius). If using, lightly brush the edges of the naan or pita breads with melted butter.
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken and the Buffalo wing sauce until the chicken is fully coated.
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of ranch or blue cheese dressing over the surface of each flatbread, leaving a small border for the crust.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheeses evenly over the dressing layer.
Distribute the sauced chicken mixture over the cheese layer on both flatbreads.
Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the crust edges are lightly browned.
Remove from the oven. If desired, sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese and fresh parsley or green onion.
Slice the flatbreads into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
For a crispier crust, you can toast the flatbreads plain for 3 minutes before adding toppings.
If you prefer a creamier texture, mix 2 tablespoons of cream cheese into the ranch dressing before spreading.
You can cook this recipe in an air fryer at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 to 8 minutes.
